Achillea's Herbalist's shop in Paesana is the historical site in which all the company’s activities started, where the concept of Organic Farming took shape and developed over the years. This herbalist’s shop was born from a fortunate intuition of Bruno Bossa and Marina Fiorina and in the eighties it was first of all an excellent point of reference for lovers of natural therapies: the officinal herbs were picked in the mountains or grown directly by the owners following the methods of Organic Farming. This is where the first recipes for homemade jams, which made Achillea known all over Italy, were created. The passage from the copper pot to the industrial line was easy: thanks to a simple formula combining the genuineness of the raw materials, simplicity in their making, rigour in packaging and in quality checks with herbal products and the cosmetic line, the drinks, pure juices and marmalades were also added, all produced in the shadow of Monviso, in the marvellous natural landscape of the Po Valley, a land traditionally used for growing fruit and vegetables. Achillea’s herbalist’s shop, located near the production plants, is a real factory shop, where one can find – freshly produced – all the dietary and cosmetic references which are the fruit of Achillea’s experience, at extremely tempting prices. Marina Fiorina, the owner and collaborator of the business, is the face of Erboristeria Achillea and offers her long experience in herbal medicine and natural food to those who visit Paesana and the Po Valley, also on a Sunday.
