Pure elder, pure blueberry

Elder has diuretic, sudorific, laxative, antirheumatic, antineuralgic and emollient properties (it attenuates inflammations). Elder flowers, also used as aromatic ingredients in liquor distilleries, have always been excellent remedies against colds, asthma and rheumatism. Elder fruits have great laxative properties and represent a valid solution against trigeminal neuralgias. Furthermore, the elderberry has strong bitter-tonic properties which favour digestion and the purification of the body. Considering the high laxative power of elder juice, a daily intake of no more than two or three teaspoons per meal is recommended.
